Pros/Cons
- Pros: compact, cheap, discreet, no injections, estrogen monotherapy is possible
- Cons: more frequent usage (than injections), less accurate blood tests
How to Use
Hold the bottle upright close to your skin and spray. Standard spray locations are thighs and forearms. With minimal hair, armpit application is possible and approximately 1.3x as strong. Scrotal application is also possible and approximately 2x as strong. I recommend trying other areas before scrotal.
Take the daily dose and divide it by dose listed on bottle. Spray this many times. (e.g: if you have a 5mg Testosterone bottle and are using 50mg daily. 50/5 = 10. Spray 10 times daily.)
Estrogen dose must be split up at least twice a day (e.g: 1mg spray bottle means two forearm sprays in the morning and two forearm sprays in the evening, totalling 4mg.)
